      How to reset your account password

      If you’ve forgotten your account password or want to update it for security reasons, you can easily reset it from your login page or account settings. This article will guide you through the process step-by-step.

       

      Step 1: Access the Login Portal

      1. Open your web browser and go to hubspot-demo-account.begradient.com/login.
      2. Below the login fields, select the “Forgot Password?” option.

      Step 2: Initiate Password Reset

      1. Enter the email address linked to your Gradient account.
      2. Click on “Send Reset Link.”
      3. Check your email inbox for a message from Gradient Support. If it’s not visible, review your spam or promotions folder.

      Step 3: Create a New Password

      1. Open the password reset email and follow the “Reset Password” link.
      2. Enter and confirm your new password.
      3. Click “Save New Password” to complete the process.
      Your password is now updated and ready for use.

       

      Security Tips

      • Choose a password with at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special symbols for enhanced protection.
      • For security, avoid repeating previous passwords.
      • Schedule regular password updates to help safeguard your account.
